Over to you, Mr Brown

This discussion is part of a series looking at the long term challenges facing Britain and British politicians 'after Blair' and marks the publication of Anthony Giddens latest book Over to you Mr Brown (Polity Press, March 2007).

Tony Giddens is author of New Labour's 'bible', The Third Way, former director of LSE and a Labour peer.  Tessa Jowell is Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport.  Peter Riddell is a columnist on The Times. Polly Toynbee is a political and social commentator for The Guardian. David Willetts is Shadow Secretary of State for Education and Skills.

This event is free and open to all however a ticket is required.

All tickets for this event have now been allocated. Any applicants who were unsuccessful in their ticket request will be advised as soon as possible. Tickets to successful applicants will be posted out by Friday 23 March.

Returns Queue:

There will be a returns queue in operation for the Old Theatre. Shortly before the event starts we will fill any empty seats left by ticket holders with people from the returns queue. The returns queue will be located on the ground floor of the Old Building, next to the Old Theatre. Entry is not guaranteed to this event via the returns queue
