The human rights of people with disabilities are joining the mainstream of international human rights law and policy. What kind of comparator is there to assess whether discrimination is occurring? 

Anna Lawson is lecturer in disability studies at the University of Leeds. Professor Helen Meenan is Jean Monnet Chair in European Law at Kingston University. Nick O'Brien is legal director of the Disability Rights Commission.

This event is free and open to all with no ticket required. Entry is on a first come, first serve basis.
