A Lecture by the President of Brazil

LSE would like to apologise for the failure of the video link from the Peacock Theatre to the Old Theatre at the lecture by the President of Brazil, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva on Monday 14th July.

We are sorry for any inconveniences caused and further to investigation have found that the link between the two venues had been tested a day before the event and was working forty five minutes before the lecture commenced. The Audio Visual team worked intensively to reconnect the link as quickly as was possible and were successful in retrieving a Portuguese sound feed a short way into the lecture and a picture towards the end.
