This lecture will address a key current agenda in public policy, and one that is excluded from the current UK bill on the regulation of the media and communication industries.
William Melody is a visiting professor at media@lse, the Centre for Information and Communication Technologies, Technical University of Denmark, and the LINK Centre, University of Witwatersrand, South Africa. He is managing director of the multi-university collaborative LIRNE.NET, and editor of the Policy Forum section of the journal info.
