Nick Stern takes a macro view of the economics of climate change and promotes the role of zero waste projects, such as end of term reuse schemes in halls of residence, to contribute to the reduction of CO2 emissions. He advocates taking responsibility in every sector and at the local level to take advantage of the opportunities a green economy offers to save money and cut CO2.
