Britain’s housing crisis is a nationwide issue with multiple dimensions. In the run-up to the election, all politicians recognise that the electorate expect fresh ideas on how to address the shortage of decent, affordable housing. This event presents an opportunity to take part in a discussion among experts in the field from the industry and academia, with a particular emphasis on the role of taxation and the state, and to consider how the Labour Party intends to address the issue.
