Download: Audio, Video
Speaker(s): Professor Anne Applebaum
Recorded on 12 March 2013 in Old Theatre, Old Building.

But since 1989 they have made different choices and taken different paths. Are there lessons which can be learned from the East European experience of reform?
Professor Anne Applebaum is the Philippe Roman Chair in History and International Affairs for the 2012-2013 academic year.
