The history of any country begins with its geography. Marking the launch of his new book, Sanjeev Sanyal looks at how India’s history was shaped by its rivers, mountains and cities.

Sanjeev Sanyal is Deutsche Bank’s Global Strategist and was named “Young Global Leader 2010” by the World Economic Forum.

This event is co-hosted by LSE Cities, the Asia Research Centre and the India Observatory.
