Philip Goodchild is professor of religion and philosophy at the University of Nottingham.

Sevket Pamuk is chair of Contemporary Turkish Studies at the European Institute, LSE.

Waltraud Schelkle is senior lecturer in political economy at the European Institute, LSE and adjunct professor in the Economics Department at the Free University of Berlin.

This event is jointly organised with the LSE Chair in Contemporary Turkish Studies.
