In this speech, the President of the European Council, Herman Van Rompuy, will draw the political lessons from the sovereign debt crisis in the Eurozone. To what extent do the 17 countries sharing a single currency -- and the 27 sharing the world's largest market -- need to move forward together? The speech will be followed by a Q & A session.
