Crowdsourcing a UK Constitution: talking to teenage mothers

Teenage mothers discuss their vision for a written UK constitution in a landmark video from LSE's Institute of Public Affairs (IPA).

Conor Gearty and the IPA team travelled to Derby to talk to young mothers as part of a trailblazing project to crowdsource a UK constitution.
