LSE London will host a seminar on Race and Community Relations in London on Friday 21 April at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
Speaking at the event are:
Trevor Phillips, chair of the Commission for Racial Equality, on Immigration and Community Relations in 2006 London
Professor Helen Margetts, University of Oxford, on Race and the Far Right in London Politics
Dhananjayan Sriskandarajah, the Institute for Public Policy Research, on the economic impacts of recent migration to London.
The event will be chaired by Howard Davies, director of LSE.
This is the 4th in a series of LSE London Development Workships that are funded by the Higher Education Innovation Fund (HEIF). The workshops are designed to bring together stakeholders in key debates about London's economic, political and social developments.
