Medicine as a profession: challenges and solutions

Professor Dame Carol Black, president of the Royal College of Physicians and professor of rheumatology at the Royal Free and University College Medical School, will give a public lecture at LSE on Monday 8 May. She will explore the challenges, and solutions, of medicine as a profession.

Professor Julian Le Grand, LSE, will chair this event, which is jointly organised by LSE Health and the Royal College of Physicians.
