Thai Minister speaks on Asia Co-operation Dialogue

H.E. Dr Surakiat Sathirathai, Minister of the Thai Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will be speaking on the subject of Asia Co-operation Dialogue on Tuesday 29 January at LSE.

H.E. Dr Surakiat Sathirathai is also Deputy Leader of the Thai Rak Thai Party. Formerly Minster of Finance, from 1995 to 1996, he has also held the position of Vice Chairman of the Prime Minister's Advisory Council on Economic and Foreign Affairs and Policy Advisor to the Prime Minister on Economic Affairs. He has published widely in the area of international economic law.

Michael Yahuda, Professor of International Relations at LSE, will be chairing the event, which has been organised by LSE Events and LSESU Thai Society.

The event is free but a ticket is required.
