Serbia on the Path to Europe

Serbian Prime Minister, Zoran Djindjic, will be speaking on Serbia on the Path to Europe on Tuesday 23 April at LSE.

President of the Democratic Party and Prime Minister since January 2001, Dr Zoran Djindjic was one of the Party's founding members. From 1977 to 1989 he taught at the Konstatz, Bonn and Frankfurt Universities/Institutes for the Social Sciences. He is considered one of the leading Serb intellectuals, and has had a variety of articles, essays and books published, including Serbia between the East and West and Yugoslavia - the partially formed state.

Professor Anthony Giddens, director of LSE, will be chairing the event.

This event is free and open to all but a ticket is required.
