Dr Herman Scheer, Time Magazine's 'Hero of the Green Century' and German MP, will be speaking on The Solar Economy and Cutting Dependence on Fossil Fuels on Monday 18 November at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).

He will discussing the end of the carbon economy - a major source of world conflict - and giving the German view on war in Iraq.
