Susan Annunzio, author of Evolutionary Leadership: dynamic ways to make your corporate culture fast and flexible, will give a lecture on her new model of leadership on Thursday 11 April at LSE.
These are revolutionary times, with new ideas, technology and finance changing the rules of competition. Old business models are no longer effective and traditional leadership methods can be a barrier to success. In her new publication, Susan Annunzio offers a five-step model of leadership which offers a practical and effective blue print for success.
Susan Annunzio is a professor at the University of Chicago, partner of Nextere, a management consulting firm, and a recognised authority in the field of change management. She is co-author with Marcia B Cherney of Communicoding.
