Ian Sinclair is the Administrator of the Kuwait Programme. He joined the Programme in 2008 and is responsible for the day to day administrative management of the Programme’s operations and research activities.
Previously Ian worked as an Admissions Officer at the Mountbatten Institute’s London office. He has an MA in American Studies from the University of East Anglia, and a BA in Humanities from the University of Lincoln.
