Bader Alhashel is an Assistant Professor of Finance & Financial Institutions at Kuwait University. He completed his PhD in Finance from Indiana University in Bloomington, where his thesis focused on behavioral corporate finance. He has previously worked as an investment analyst in Kuwait and Boston. His research focuses on corporate finance, corporate governance, and the GCC region with a special focus on Kuwait. His recent work has been published in Applied Economics and Applied Economics Letters.
