Research interests

evaluation of campaigns, public relations, communication, media and public education programmes; conference and event evaluation; usage and presentation of evaluation results; network mapping; media monitoring and web metrics; evaluation of online and social media; communication and development, humanitarian agencies, NGOs and international organisations.


Glenn is an evaluation specialist working for international organisations, NGOs and companies. He also teaches media and communication courses at the International University in Geneva. Glenn previously worked for the International Red Cross in Asia, Eastern Europe and Africa. He has a MSc in Communication Management, University of Lugano, Switzerland and a Bachelor of Arts (honours) (social sciences), La Trobe University, Australia. Australian and Swiss, Glenn speaks English and French.
