Summative Coursework (Including Dissertation) Extension Requests

Fill in the form below to request a coursework extension. Please ensure you complete your request as early as possible before the coursework deadline.

This form is to be used for Media & Communications (MC) courses only. For other courses, please contact the course teacher.

If you are requesting an extension for more than one piece of coursework, please submit a separate online form for each course.

Your coursework extension request will be forwarded to the Chair of the Exam Board - you can expect to receive a response within 5 working days. You may be granted a "conditional extension", i.e. you will be required to submit documentary evidence to support your claim. If this is the case, the Chair will advise (a) the extended submission deadline (b) the documentation required and (c) the date by which the documentation must be received.
