Cyberbullying protocol for schools developed by a multidisciplinary professional network, all of them ICT experts. They have developed the most important cyberbullying protocol that is now being applied in different schools from the Basque country as well as from other regions in Spain. This protocol has been validated by different professionals, from the Education Department from the Basque country as well as professionals from schools. It includes all the steps that need to be followed by different staff in schools, students, families managers and heads in the Education Department as well as the legal processes and implications that cyberbullying has in Spain.
