• In every European country they have national policies for ICT in education and usually take the whole education process.
• Between schools there are no big inequalities when it comes to ICT hardware. But lack of software and support staff still affect class hours.
• ICT plays a core role in connecting between different schools and communities and with parents’ participation with learning.
• The internet is more and more accessible in households, but there are still differences between countries.
