• Research results are used to create five media education modules on populism and new media for pupils, and five online training modules on populism and digital media platforms for teachers. Materials are pre-tested in two selected schools before using them with the whole sample.
• The aim of the second part of the project is ‘the implementation of a web portal supporting a virtual community of young people and adults against media violence’ and to create ‘guidelines to develop learning and training materials on populism and new media in the media/digital literacy education’ (www.engagementproject.eu/content/aims).
