The Seminar on Operations Research focuses on recent advances in the field. The broad range of topics includes theoretical research in areas such as optimisation, algorithms, game theory, and applications of Operational Research to real world problems. The invited speakers are leading experts and young researchers from all over the world.
This series used to be hosted by the Management Department.

The Seminar normally takes place on Wednesday from 4.00 pm - 5.00 pm in room OLD.1.29 (Old Building (also known as Main Building), LSE), unless stated below. The Seminar on Operations Research has been merged into the Seminar on Combinatorics, Games and Optimisation from April 2016 onwards.
