The Cyril Offord Prize 2015 for outstanding performance in Mathematics was awarded to Jeremy MacRae and presented to him by the 2014-15 Head of Department, Professor Jan van den Heuvel, who congratulated Jeremy on his excellent results.
Jeremy said, "I am greatly honoured and proud to receive the Cyril Offord prize as it rewards the dedication I applied to my studies at the LSE. I spent an incredible three
years at the LSE in large part thanks to the Mathematics Department. This prize
was thus an opportunity for me to thank all the Departmental staff for their support and commitment. I am currently completing a Masters in Economics in France jointly offered by the Ecole Polytechnique and HEC Paris".
