This project aimed to discriminate the results of the Regional Entrepreneurship and Development index (REDI) in the UK. REDI is a project of the EU DC REGIO. The REDI index developed by the project presented a fresh approach to measuring entrepreneurship in EU regions.

Dynamic Consent research
LSE research on Dynamic Consent was a key part of a large interdisciplinary research project into information privacy, which ran from 2008-2012. The project explored the issue of consumer consent as a dynamic (and changeable) process, and aimed to develop consent methods for controlling the use of consumer data.

Student Diversity & Academic Writing Project
This project was run jointly with the LSE Department of Management and Lancaster University Management School. The project explored an increasing concern from UK higher education instutitions regarding the use of plagiarism detection software with interntaional students. It addressed the problem of mismatched expectations in academic writing between UK institutions and the educational culture and accepted view of plagiarism within students' home countries.

Pegasus
The Pegasus project was introduced at a time when particle physics was demanding a new form of computer system capable of processing the vast quantity of data to be produced by the introduction in 2007 of a new particle accelerator at CERN (Europe's particle physics laboratory based in Geneva, home of the Large Hadron Collider). This project aimed to understand the way particle physicists were constructing their data processing grid, and how they were introducing it into use, in order to improve the usability of grids for wider information systems research.
