British Journal of Industrial Relations

The Department of Management's Employment Relations and Human Resource Management Faculty Group is home to the British Journal of Industrial Relations (BJIR). The journal is ranked first in the Industrial Relations & Labour category of the Social Sciences Citation Index, and has close ties to the  Centre for Economic Performance  (CEP) in the School, one of the leading economic research groups in Europe.
