Chiara Benassi

PhD student in Employment Relations and Organisational Behaviour


Chiara joined the PhD programme in September 2010. She completed her Master degree in International Relations at the Free University and Humboldt University in Berlin, where she specialised in the field of Political Economy. She also holds a bachelor degree in Development Studies, which she pursued at the universities of Bologna and Vienna.

Parallel to her studies, Chiara did different internships and worked for the Heinrich Boell Foundation (Addis Abeba), the German Confederation of Trade Unions (Berlin) and the International Labour Organisation (Geneva).
