PhD student in Management
Adeline joined the PhD programme October 2011. She previously completed an MPhil in Development Studies at the University of Cambridge (2011) and she also holds a MSc Research in Economics from Sciences-Po Paris (2006).
Adeline has work experience in both public and private financial institutions. She carried out a 6-month internship at the Banque de France in the African Franc Zone and Development Financing department, contributing to the 2006 annual report of African Zone Franc economies. She subsequently worked in investment banking as a Junior Economist at HSBC in Paris and then as an Equity Research Associate at Societe Generale in London, covering insurance stocks.
Adeline's research interests lie at the interaction of Strategy, International Business, and Economics. Her thesis examines the strategies of multinational banks in Africa.
