About the Faculty group

The Employment Relations and Organisational Behaviour Faculty group is one of the foremost centres in the world for the study of employment relations and human resource management. The Faculty group brings together a group of scholars who are all leading authorities in their chosen areas of specialisation. 

The Faculty group is home to the British Journal of Industrial Relations| (BJIR), ranked first in the Industrial Relations & Labour category of the Social Sciences Citation Index, and has close ties to the Centre for Economic Performance (CEP) in the School, one of the leading economic research groups in Europe.
