This track is based in Employment Relations and Organisational Behaviour Group| (EROB) within the Department. The track programme director is Dr Daniel Beunza|.

Track structure

Year one

Training: Compulsory examined courses
  • Research Paper (1 unit)

1.5 units from the following:

Students may take alternative methods courses if these are more suitable to their research project, or their prior background, as agreed with their supervisor and programme director. However, it is intended that students should graduate with knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research methods.

1.5 units from the following:

** recommended for PhDs with a strong organisational behaviour content

Students may also take appropriate MSc level courses in the School as agreed with their supervisor and Programme Director.
