Monique-Jackson-largeDirector of Business Development, Quintiles
Living in London, UK

“I am currently employed by Quintiles, a fully integrated global pharmaceutical services company. As Director of Business Development, I am responsible for developing strategy for clinical development customers and identifying and progressing business opportunities.

The LSE has a global reputation as a leading University – a Master’s degree from LSE is something that will clearly stand out on your CV while also giving you access to a high calibre alumni around the world. I was attracted to the Executive Global
Master's in Management programme as it offers the unique combination of an executive MBA with the depth and rigour of a Master’s programme. I decided to undertake this programme at this point in my career to build upon my corporate experience, allowing me to gain a deeper understanding of the world of business and political economy. My hope is that this programme will provide me with the knowledge and skills to progress in my career to become an effective global leader in my industry.

The faculty are all research leaders in their fields and have extensive experience teaching at some of the best business schools in the world. They have a unique approach to teaching the courses – the content is intellectually stimulating and we are challenged to think critically about the institutions, markets and social and political forces that increasingly shape the world.

The diversity and global experience of my class is impressive and it is fantastic to collaborate with them to constantly see things from a different perspective. I know that this programme will provide me with a great network of successful professionals to call on for ideas or support throughout my career."
