Transform your career

This Executive Global Master's in Management is designed to transform your career, and will give the preparation you need to change and enhance your career path - whether you’re looking to change job function, change industry, set up your own new business, or develop your already-existing business to tackle new challenges.

The programme will develop your talent as a truly innovative manager and leader, and provide a gateway to job roles at the highest level of seniority.

As a global programme in every sense, from the globally relevant curriculum and classroom modules around the world, to the internationally diverse students and faculty, you will gain a cutting-edge international perspective. The programme will prepare you to work outside of your home country if you wish, and give a unique foundation for career success on an international level.

We understand the importance of value for money and return on your investment, and you will start to gain benefits in your career as soon as you begin studying on the programme, as the core courses are designed to enable you to bring learning from the classroom back to your workplace throughout the programme.

Career development during the programme

Leadership development programme

Students will undertake a Leadership development programme alongside the core academic curriculum. The programme is designed to equip students with the insights, analytical capabilities and skills to meet the challenges facing leaders who seek to shape organisations in today's world, focusing on managing yourself and others, and increasing employee well-being and performance while working in dynamic and complex environments.

The course explores the nature of leadership, and how leadership can be effectively practised at work. The emphasis will be on critical self-reflection, as well as understanding and applying theory. The course will also enhance awareness of personal strengths, how strengths can be built upon for leadership development, and how leaders can contribute to the growth of their teams and organisations. Sessions will also consider how to create optimal environments within which employees can thrive.

Executive career coaching

In the second year of the programme, students will receive bespoke individual career coaching from an external Executive Careers Coach, giving in-depth support tailored to each individual student's current situation and future plans. One-to-one meetings with the coach will take place during the classroom teaching modules, as well a Skype/phone session between modules.

LSE Careers Service

Our students have access to the wide range of careers support services, and direct links with employers, through our dedicated LSE Careers Service.
