Jack (UK)

BSc Management student
Class of 2012-15

Jack studentI chose BSc Management because I wasn’t ready to specialise in one particular area and I wanted to leave as many options open to myself as possible. In my opinion, Management is the best course at LSE for preparing yourself for the real world because you study such a diverse range of subjects relevant to the business world. Management is also one the most internationally diverse courses and at LSE I have been lucky enough to make friends with people from all over the world.

I chose LSE because it is one of the best Universities in the world and I wanted the opportunity to study with smart, ambitious people and learn from world renowned experts.

Since I started, I have been very involved in the Entrepreneurs society, through which I have had the chance to meet some of the world’s most successful businesspeople (many of them studied at LSE!). I also met people at LSE who I plan on working with for years to come. The experience within the society, combined with the courses I’m studying in Management have given me a great foundation in enterprise and by the time I graduate I hope I will be ready to start a successful business.
