Dr Vanessa Iwowo is a Fellow in the Employment Relations and Organisational Behaviour Group. She is a management scholar whose research interests focus on the critical study of processes, interactions and relationships through which knowledge is generated and applied, particularly in the fields of leadership and, management development. Before joining LSE, Vanessa taught at the Centre for Leadership Studies, University of Exeter Business School from where she also received her PhD in Leadership Studies. She also has a Masters in Human Resource Development and Consulting from Lancaster University Management School, UK.
