Biography
Dr Uta Bindl earned her PhD in Work Psychology in 2011 from the Institute of Work Psychology at the University of Sheffield (UK), her MA in Organisational Management from the University of Flensburg, and her BA in International Business and Management from the University of Applied Sciences Osnabruck (both Germany). Prior to joining the LSE in 2013, she worked as an Assistant Professor of Organisational Behaviour at the University of Western Australia.
Dr Bindl has published her work in eminent peer-reviewed outlets, such as the Journal of Applied Psychology, the Journal of Management, and the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology.
Research interests
Dr Bindl's research interests are broadly in areas of positive behaviours at work and motivation, particularly affect, at work. Current research interests include:
