Dr Soylu joined the Employment Relations and Organisational Behaviour Group in 2011 as a Research Officer for the Radical Innovation and Team Processes project. Prior to joining the group he was a Fellow at Harvard University, Department of Psychology.
Dr Soylu joined the School in 2006, where he obtained an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology (2007) and a PhD in Social Psychology (2011). His doctoral study focused on workplace bullying in the Turkish context. During his doctural study he was also involved in teaching a research methods course in Social Psychology and offered dissertation support for MSc students.
