Laura has worked in Higher Education for 8 years and has substantial expertise in strategic marketing, product and brand development, communications, events planning and alumni relations. She is highly effective in creating research-based strategies to accomplish strategic goals, with a proven track record in leading the development and implementation of high level organisational change. Laura is an experienced manager and team leader, highly motivated by developing talent and creating high performing teams.
Laura joined LSE in 2013 and, as Head of Marketing and External Relations, she is responsible for the development and implementation of the student recruitment, marketing, communications and alumni relations strategy in the Department of Management. She successfully established a new team, recruiting and developing a team of high performing professionals who are able to respond quickly to ongoing change in the Higher Education and Business School sectors. As a member of the Senior Management Team, she also has specific responsibility for contributing to the department’s strategic vision, course development and faculty relationship management.
