PhD student in Employment Relations & Organisational Behaviour
Biography
Elisa joined the PhD Programme in Employment Relations and Organisational Behaviour in October 2012. She holds a BSc and an MSc (hons) degree in Law from the University of Siena, Italy. Having developed a special interest in labour law and labour dynamics, she later completed an MSc International Employment Relations and Human Resource Management at LSE where she was awarded a Distinction in 2010.
During her studies in Italy Elisa worked in various departments of a major Italian commercial bank. Before coming back to LSE, she was employed for two years as a legal analyst in a company of the same banking group, dealing with legal issues related to commercial credit.
