Biography
Daniela Truzzi is a PhD candidate in Employment Relations and Organisational Behaviour at the Department of Management. She holds a MSc in Organisational Behaviour from the London School of Economics and Political Science and received her BSc in International Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, in the Netherlands.
Daniela’s research focuses on workplace discrimination of individuals with visible or invisible stigmas, and she is also interested in workplace mistreatment, incivility, harassment, and aggression.
Alongside her studies, Daniela works in recruitment for a British company, and strategic research and talent management for a Swedish company. Previously, she worked in market research, serving consultancy and institutional investor clients globally.
