Biography
Atta Addo is a PhD candidate in Information Systems and Innovation in the Department of Management. His research explores ICT enabled public administration reform and development by studying cases of technology platform use for trade facilitation in developing countries.
Atta earned an MSc degree in Management, Organisations and Governance, awarded distinction by LSE. He also has a BA degree in Government, awarded cum laude from Harvard University.
He is a recipient of an LSE PhD scholarship, and was a joint-winner of the Prize for Best Dissertation in the Management, Organisations and Governance program, awarded by the Department of Management at LSE. His other awards include a Shelby Davis Scholarship, Davis UWC Scholarship, Fellowship in Peace, Trade, and Development at MIIS, UWC Scholarship, Visiting Studentship at St Edmund Hall, Oxford University, among others.
Before joining LSE, Atta worked in roles including management, consulting and research.
