Visiting Senior Fellow and Assistant Dean of TRIUM
Dr. Mary S. Logan is an Assistant Dean of TRIUM, an associate professor of management at the Stern School of Business of New York University and a visiting senior visiting fellow in the Employment Relations and Organisational Behaviour Group of the Department of Management. Her tenure as dean started in September of 2008 with the 2010 TRIUM cohort. Previously she was a senior lecturer at LSE.
Dr Logan's research has focused on organisational change, empowerment and organisational identity issues, publishing in several management and human resource journals. She has taught organisational behavior, organisational change and entrepreneurship at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. Dr. Logan received a bachelor's degree in mathematics and economics at Northwestern University, an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut and a PhD in management with a focus on organisational behavior from the University of Arkansas. Prior to her academic career, she worked for 9 years as an industrial engineer and as a divisional operations manager at United Parcel Service. She has consulted in both the public and private sectors on issues surrounding organisational change and outsourcing.
