Dr Mary Logan

Visiting Senior Fellow


Dr. Mary S. Logan is a Senior Visiting Fellow in the Department of Management.  From 2008 to 2014 she served as the Academic Dean of the TRIUM global EMBA.  Previously she was a Senior Lecturer in organizational behaviour at the LSE. 

Dr Logan's research has focused on organisational change, empowerment and organisational identity issues, publishing in several management and human resource journals. She has taught organisational behavior, organisational change and entrepreneurship at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. Dr. Logan received a bachelor's degree in mathematics and economics at Northwestern University, an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut and a PhD in management with a focus on organisational behavior from the University of Arkansas. Prior to her academic career, she worked for 9 years as an industrial engineer and as a divisional operations manager at United Parcel Service. She has consulted in both the public and private sectors on issues surrounding organisational change and outsourcing.
