Biography
Dr Fei Qin's research focuses on transnational entrepreneurship and global value chains. In particular, she has looked into the international mobility of highly skilled personnel and tech entrepreneurs and its implications for organisation-level outcomes. She has led research projects in China, India, Italy, the UK and the US on the subjects of transnational entrepreneurship and global business networks.
Dr Qin is a core member of the research team of the Innovation Co-Creation Lab. She teaches on the MSc course Leading Entrepreneurial Organisations in Global Markets and PhD research seminars
Dr Qin holds a PhD from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She was previously a Phelan Fellow at the International Labour Organisation in Geneva.
