Dr Daniela Lup is an Assistant Professor of Management. Dr Lup received her PhD from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. She also received her Masters in Business Administration from the same institution.
Prior to joining LSE, Daniela worked as a teaching assistant at the Booth School of Business, primarily on courses on Leadership and Social Networks. Before academia, Daniela worked as a researcher and policy analyst for CEU Labor Project and USAID. She was also the National Programme Coordinator for Higher Education at Soros Foundation Romania.
Dr Lup conducts research on social networks in organisational and market settings. Her research focuses on understanding how social networks of various kinds emerge and influence the behaviour and performance outcomes of individuals and organisations.
