Assistant Professor of Management
Dr Chia-Huei Wu joined the Employment Relations and Organisational Behaviour Group in 2013 as an Assistant Professor of Management. His research in organisational behaviour focuses on proactive behaviour, self-concept development at work and work design. He is interested in applying different statistic and psychometric techniques in data analysis. His work has appeared in peer-reviewed journals, including Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Human Relations and Journal of Occupational and Organisational Psychology. He has also contributed chapters to books, including The Oxford Handbook of Leadership and Organizations, The Oxford Handbook of Positive Organizational Scholarship, Advances in Positive Organizational Psychology and Advances in Global Leadership.
Dr Wu obtained his PhD in Organisation Behaviour from the University of Western Australia, MPhil in Work Psychology from the University of Sheffield, and MSc and Bsc in Psychology from the National Taiwan University.
