Dr Edgar Whitley of our Information Sytems and Innovation Group recently presented oral evidence to a House of Commons Public Administration Select Committee (PASC) inquiry looking at how the Government uses, and procures, Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
The session focussed on what the barriers are to changing how Government uses IT and how to ensure that the current initiatives succeed where previous ones failed.
A video of the committee meeting is available on the Parliament UK website.
