Causal explanations, the way forward: A panel discussion

Kecheng Liu is a Professor at Henley Business School, University of Reading

John Mingers is a Professor at Kent Business School, University of Kent

Ronald Stemper is a Professor at University of Twente and Chairman of Measur Ltd

Leslie Willcocks is Professor in Information Systems at the London School of Economics and Political Science  

 

With the last ISRF event of the year, we will discuss Semiotics in Information Systems with an excellent panel of experts in the subject.

We will start from the fresh paper An inte-grative semiotic framework for infor-mation systems: The social, personal and material worlds’ with the authors Prof. Mingers and Prof. Willcocks, and two dis-cussants, Prof. Liu and Prof. Stamper. Dis-cussion will be as usual open to the floor, so please come in number and share your thoughts and questions!
