Voice and Value conferences, which are organised jointly by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the London School of Economics (LSE) bring together leading academics and practitioners to debate how organisations get value from the range of mechanisms that can enable a constructive dialogue to take place between management and employees.
