Does my rent include meals?
Lilian Knowles is a self catered hall. Well equipped kitchens are provided.
What is provided in the kitchens?

What shared areas are there?
The lower ground floor houses a student common room, TV room and a computer suite with a number of workstations and a printer. Also available is an inexpensive, coin-operated laundry.
Is there disabled access?
The building features good disabled access.

Are the halls cleaned?
The communal areas of the hall are cleaned daily but you are responsible for cleaning your own room.
What bedding do I need to bring?

Lilian Knowles offers a 50 week contract, which runs throughout Christmas, Easter and the summer vacation as well.
The price of a room depends on a number of factors such as location within the building, available natural light, or how close it is to shared facilities. That means that a more expensive room is not necessarily larger, or a smaller room cheaper.
